Returned Goods Policy
- Only goods with a Return Authorization Number issued by Helix Linear Technologies will be accepted for return. Return freight is to be prepaid. Returned goods are subject to Helix Linear Technologies' inspection.
- RMA # must appear on outside of package on packing slip.
- Inspection fee is $150.00 minimum. Price is subject to change depending on items returned and labor. Customer will be notified when inspection is completed.
- Material must be returned to Helix within ten (10) days after RMA is issued. If a Debit Memo is issued, please return with material.
- Goods for return to stock must be unused, unaltered, in re-sellable condition and returned to Helix within sixty (60) days from date of invoice.
- Product ordered in error (under $100 net) not subject to refund/exchange/return.
- Electric cylinders, machined lead or ball screws, linear slides, PRA linear actuators, customized products and stepper motor actuators are not returnable unless they are shipped in error by Helix Linear Technologies.
- Customer will be notified of the results of inspection and will have ten (10) working days to advise Helix of action desired. If no word is received by Helix within 30 working days, customer's material will be returned freight collect.
- Shipping dates are based on current availability of materials, production schedules and timely receipt of all necessary order information.
- Only Cut screws greater than six (6) feet (72 inches) with no machining can be returned with a 25% restocking fee.
- All returned materials must be packaged in accordance with ASTM D3591 (Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging) or an equivalent standard. Packaging must protect items from physical damage and corrosion during handling and transit. Voids within the packaging must be filled with appropriate cushioning to prevent movement during shipping. The customer is responsible for any damage to products resulting from inadequate packaging, including damage due to insufficient dunnage, loose items, or improper containment. Such damage may void warranty coverage and delay RMA processing.
